Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement

Hilltop Cybersecurity Inc, (“Hilltop” or the “Company”) (CSE: CYBX) (OTC: BGGWF), is pleased to announce that it has closed the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Placement“) (November 15, 2018) of units of the Company (“Units“). Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (each a “Common Share“) and one common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant“), with each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.14 per Common Share for a period of three (3) years from its date of issuance.
