Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Even if their entire attack was 100% true - those bits are already priced into the pps and then some.  Aphria's current market cap doesn't even = their canandian assets alone.  The damage has been done and more - so Hindenburg can stfu at this point.

Hindenburg Research reported this morning that Aphria spent CA$145M on this empty lease. Sorry you hate the messenger.

"Some folks seem to think plants in the ground on Marigold’s small leased farm and an empty leased retail facility justify the C$145m price tag"
