RE:Mari always goes up slow then down fastThey're definitely working on something behind the scenes and as long as global markets remain bullish, I think we see $2 in the near term. I don't think they'll pursue the bought deal route until they've absolutely exhausted all available options. A bought deal at this price would be detrimental to the company's 2019 outlook. Most of these new directors accepted options at $2, so initiating a bought deal sub $2 would be counterproductive for them. I personally see some form of debt financing, partnership or equity investment in the near term that would send this stock above $2. From there, the warrants will exercise and they'll have more than enough cash to complete phase 2. Just my 2 cents.
