RE:On the Cusp of Change...Very dificult to say what will happen.  If history is any guide the transition of power,  if indeed there is one,  will not be without speedbumps.  The thing with the Congo is it is so fractuios that even the united front against Kabila is not really united and could easily break apart and start fighting among themselves.
