No AGM in over 15 months

So far as I can see, the last AGM for Biosenta was September 2017 and I can't see any meeting scheduled or planned.
Companies governed by the CBCA must call an annual meeting of shareholders no later than 15 months after its last annual meeting and also no later than six (6) months after the end of the company’s preceding financial year.
Why are they not on this stuff?
Can we get someone there to just comply with the basic rules?!
