RE:NEM buys GGsurviving depends more on gold grades.
apart from Red Lake's 11gt, all of Goldcorp's proven reserves are in single numbers.
the positive part of the merger seems to be that NEM is strong in the US & Australia, whereas goldcorp is strong in Canada and south america.
