I don't know about hostile.if there is one,there is already a white knight in the background.
I still think Aimco is driving the bus.see how the "value commitee " responds to latest from Sox.
If the proxy gets ugly then the funds have to pick a side.
wouldn't surprise me to actually see an increase in the short position next week
