the supposed price of sale does not matter..........

the supposed price of sale does not matter..........as I said yesterday, the value of the deal resides in whether wayland will control ICC or not.  If wayland controls ICC, then it's good deal and accomplishes objective to spinoff assets but retain control..  The value of the deal will be told in future ICC share price and current ceo of ICC will be OUT..
