Its causing mayhem, but the fact that the Governor of NY came out in favour and that there's a 90% of online sports betting passing this year, tells me that many people in the decision making capacity are not concerned. This will be tied up in courts for years and by then the tide will have swung totally in the industry's and states' favour.
