(not usually).  So for me and you, by this kind of puchase of Wayland by ICC we will be shareholders of ICC and Wayland and nothing else.
 
Oh yes I forgot to say.  Out of the thousand of Wayland shareholders how many will still be shareholders in 3 months 1 year???  How many will sell there shares once they get to there price value??  Believe me, As soon as i get my money back with a small % I will sell simply for one reason.  ICC management who are clouds sellers.

how do you khow the current os or more importantly the fully diluted os?  the last fling was only dated through last august.  I can't even find their transfer agent to call.  I called their IR and it went to the ceo voice mail. of course I didn't get call back.  how many times do I have to repeat ...... BW himself said wayland is minority shareholder!!!!!!!!!
