Thanks for this post. It indicates that a lot of the pain caused to both patients and providers and to stockholders of providers was caused by government bureaucratic screwups and not by the providers or their management.

That said, we need communication from the company soon. That firm they hired for public relations either should start "public relating" or get discharged for not performing.
