Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Try this again, Here is the interview. This deal is past bizarre! By the logic of this transaction maybe APHA should attempt a hostile takeover of say Apple, stating to shareholders when APHA shares move to some unreachable level, $5000/share then APHA will do an all shares deal, similar to the GGB/APHA attempted deal. I am a little past all this stuff with Vic, being on different boards with hands in every honey pot. He is not doing any shareholders a favour, including himself, by being involved with the company.
