No. I think the license is already priced into the sp. wouldn’t expect much of a bump if any of/when they get it.
After the licence they still need to finish building and then start growing. I wouldn’t expect much increase and even a possible sell off if they ever get it.
and really this is xly build-out completely funded by them ready when they're ready yeah sure they get half ... someone mentioned before glorified landlords which makes a lot of sense ... I'd almost think it would be smarter to ask xly when they're ready to pay the rent with the weed
