I have to say, as much as I bash management for being uttering incompetent - or disinterested - at telling thier story, they can deliver the goods. This is a great deal - note Orion, who are smart people, decided to buy stock and become an insider. Only possible explanation is they see real value here and expect to make much more in equity they just a debt deal.

In a 1/2 way decent gold market, this stock should easily triple in 2019.
