Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:The double edged sword named Jakob! I know its little consolation to those that have lost a fortune if the charges about Neufeld and Altria are true but we must look ahead and project the good points of the company that made Altria come calling in the first place. There are other multinationals that are having a hard look at the cannabis industry so I don't think Altria investing in Cronus will be the last we hear of it.

BTW, Cam Battley the COO of Aurora stated on the Midas Letter that the multinational participants who pumped money into the Canadian cannabis companies approached Aurora first. It might just mean that the Altria offer was not only unacceptable to Aphria but to Aurora too? Also, the new CEO must come from outside the company or rumors will persist that there was a coverup. On that point there can be no deviation.
