Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

Santa Fe property and Barrick Gold

Santa Fe property and Barrick GoldBarrick is familiar with Santa Fe property - a good reason for them to take a close look at VIT.

Good exploration potential in safe jurisdictions is rare.

As of today this property adds zero value to VIT shareholders, making VIT a cheap takeover target.

The current focus is on Yukon and Eagle, but they could be drilling Santa Fe during the winter months, when drilling in Yukon is not an option. VIT has a VP of exploration, he should be showing some initiative and get some traction on this 1,670 square kilometers property.

Drilling results dating back to 2009 - 2010 indicate the potential for an open pit mine. An aggressive exploration program can generate a signifficant NI 43-101 in less than a year and increase the market value for VIT by a large margin.
