the pr regarding the harvest only came out in oct not last summer.    the deal with ICC had to be in the works for many months before that and the factory in germany may not be upgraded yet.   this deal with ICC may or may not turn out well.   we really don't know all the facts or even details of the agreement unfortunately and auxly prior deal put some limitations on it apparently.
