RE:Delays with cobalt plantThe DRC plays these games all the time. They are annoyed that KAT suspended Cobalt sales without consulting Gecamines. Its normal and ultimately will get sorted out in the end.
Remember without KAT's Cobalt the electric car revolution (and the hundreds of billions committed to its development) is a non-starter.
