Also I just recalled in Marquee presentations they would say "Management and Directors" had 15% of the stock or so. Might have been as high as 18%. So that wasn't including Mitchell's position. Too many disgruntled shareholders on these boards with their facts wrong. I encountered the same thing with Eldorado where was a disgruntled shareholder was saying things my preliminary DD showed patently false.
