2018 T3

2018 T3Apparently, according to the CFO and the T3, the frist 5 and a bit distributions in 2018 are not taxable in our hands.  They are shown as Box X in the T3.  I have never seen that before, and I hope it happens again. Imagine that - free money!  No return of capital or dividend income to be taxed!  I do wonder why it is that way, and I hope there are no shenanigans. I expect it is money that Richards had to pay tax on, so we don't, or it is double taxation.  Just a guess.
