RE:RE:RE:Cobalt reservesKAT has had plenty of issues with the DRC government in the past and therefore they are always under much more scrutiny.  People (and investors) in particular tend to have very short term memories - the DRC ALWAYS plays these games and KAT is at the receiving end of many of them.  Remember a few months back when they wanted taxes paid on non-existent production from years ago and halted all copper exports as punishment?  

I'm sorry to say these games will never end until KAT is run better and stops giving the DRC and Gecamines reasons to play them.  I am glad Glencore is stepping up involvment in the day to day operations as clearly the old management wasn't up to the task.
