consensusThere seems to be broad consensus, at least amonst the longs, that the path forward is clear-stay the course and do not do anything stupid. If Trump can sucessfully browbeat his Fed Reserve chairman into keeping rates low it will help. This company is generating very heathly cashflow and that should only increase in the future as DC and Virginia post above average growth and RIPET comes on stream. Reading the Bio of the new boss is encouraging-but a lot of the crew that steered into the iceberg are still on the bridge. My hope is that the new boss will quickly surround himself with his own appointees. If this company was perfect we would not be able to buy it with a 7% yield-its a turnaround and that implies risk but from everything I see the odds favour us-just do not do anything STUPID(oh, and a NYSE listing would be a big help)
