Bear Camp

Bear CampI must admit to being bullish for far too long, so today, I am going to tip my hat and join the camp of the Perma-Bears on this stock.

RCLF simply has far too much land, which is likely containing far too many mines right now.

Seriously, let's  do a thoughtful analysis of this.  There are likely 2 mines coming soon, Tower and Talbot. and then with all this land, it will be bad luck not to find another 3 more, of similar size, or worse, maybe they find a 10-20mT zone.

Imagine what is going to happen next?
1. The good miners of Snow Lake and Flin Flon become over-exuberant and start to bid up local property prices from the decent current levels.
2. Local and regional govt officials take all the credit and demand pay raises for themselves
3. Mine unions see all this positive activity and demand decent working wages for their workers
4. Stock price goes through the roof and we are left paying massive capital gains.

Sorry folks, but after being a perma-Bull for the last 4 years, I realize now I have been the fool. Nothing good will come out of this, nothing good at all.
