The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Iccommoner, included in the accounts (page 28) there is an item ''acquisition of Metanor'' and the amount is $50,243,671. This is obviously a one off cost. Also when Gatling (Larder Lake) was spun out, $7mil was handed over as part of the deal.

That should reduce the $75mil figure a fair bit :)
