Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

I'm also thinking 2 yrs and total return is the way I'm approaching this investment. I see a
move up this year to @ $20 and then as earnings stabilize with all their projects, and some
more assets sales, a gradual move back up into the high $20's next year along with a nice
dividend increase. No more drama here, steady progress and price appreciation for those
who have patience.
