RE:yearly revenue: 24M grams flower from phase 1
RE:yearly revenue: 24M grams flower from phase 1maybe this will help clarify revenue update........
Q1: anticipated revenue 1st quarter $2,700,000
from previous harvest not discussed in corporate update
Q2: anticipated revenue 2nd quarter, $6,900,000
The Company is currently harvesting 8,200 plants, with product from these plants anticipated to be ready for the market no earlier than April ie Q2 and planted an additional 21,700 plants and will re-fill the current harvested room with 8,300 plants in mid-March in order to fill the balance of the currently licensed area.
so total 30,000 plants x 50 gms = 1,500,000 gms x $4.6 gm = $6,900,000 in Q2
(30,000 plants equals 3.5 rooms so other 4.5 rooms are not being utilized for growing in Q2) Q3: anticipated revenue 3rd quarter $7,700,000
The Company expects to request inspection for readiness by Health Canada of the Phase 1-A area in March of this year. There are more licenses required for 1-A so the prior pr suggesting 8 rooms were fully licensed is not true. This accounts for Q3 being almost same revenue as Q2 . Q4:anticipated revenue 4th quarter $20,600,000
Now licenses have been acquired and more rooms can be cultivated so revenue jumps to $20.6M = $80M annualized Q1 2020?: once fully licensed for Phase 1-A through Phase 1-D will be able to produce 23,731 kg
in previous post, I figured this to be about $105,000,000 annualized at $4.4/gm mudpuppy wrote: https://reports.cannabisbenchmarks.com/
usa wholesale benchmarks:
indoor flower $1513/lb, sells for 50% more than greenhouse flower. which sells for 50% more than outdoor.
wayland pr expected production for phase one=24M grams=53,000 lbs x $1513 lb= $80M usd=$105M cad/yr revenue just from langton
using usa wholesale revenue figure at $1513usd/lb converts to $4.4 cad/gm
margins higher in germany so $4.4 cad/gm is low
