RE:New York............The coincidences happened when NY decided to allow MJ. It's the 2nd biggest market after Cali. The Farm bil passed recently allowing for hemp beverages to be sold on a federal level. Of course we would start to look at NY state as it has just opened the doors to allow beverages.
Somehow you see none of these coinincidences but only see the fact that Canopy is moving there for hemp due to the farm bill passing.

Rec isn't even legal yet in New York, but it appears as though it may be along with NJ very soon. Medical is legal though, and smokeable cannabis isn't allowed!
