De Beers will not buy into Kennady - Brown

De Beers will not buy into Kennady - BrownSame person on the rbc call tells me Brown also said that De Beers will not buy into Kennady - "If I ask them, they will say no, so I won't ask them". So, MOU with De Beers at time of KDI deal was just BS. BoD has a lot to explain.

1. Why does the ceo tell shareholders that diamonds are uninvestable?
2. Why did the BoD mislead MPV shareholders on the KDI deal with BS MOU?
3. If Borwn knows that De Deers is not going to buy into Kennady, why has the BoD not disclosed this to shareholders?

Is Brown just dumb - or is he trying to drive down the shareprice so DD can make a lowball takeover? All very shocking!
