RE:Nasdaq listing?

RE:Nasdaq listing? There has been no formal announcement. Paul might of miss spoke or spoke without choosing his words carefully. Management has clearly communicated they plan to list in the US at some time and are in the process of considering this next step. Given the company will likely have revenues around $100 million (US) close to the end of 2019 or early 2020, it is very likely a good trigger point. Another driver for listing earlier might be managements disappointment with the valuation the company is getting on the Canadian exchange. Peers in the US trade at 15x EBITDA which is about double where VMD is currently trading. Another reason Paul made some comment about the company could be 3 to 4 times its current value in 3 to 4 years (a double just by trading at a comparable level to US companies and a triple based on continued growth of 30% per year. Not to mention what a VA arrangement might have on the companys growth over this period of time.
