I wouldn’t offer any certainty on when a ruling will be given but my guess is it won’t take long. It seems rather cut and dry and imo the lower court opinion was wrong as it would imply a person receiving money doesn’t really have to pay it back as long as he takes money from someone bigger and more sophisticated than him. JMHO. And the stock price pop from a positive ruling could be huge. A negative ruling is probably already baked in. 

I wouldn't be surprised if Input releases quarterly results without warning. It could happen today as the annual shareholder meeting occurs today. Imo the lack of of press release giving the release date demonstrates a tone-deafness and laziness on Doug and Brad’s part. I’m tired of even trying to understand their mentality on this. 

Regardless of all that, I expect results to be very good.
