Strategic Review

Strategic ReviewI generally don't like these, if a business is doing well but isn't respected by the market, just keep on keepin' on until it's too cheap to ignore, while also making smart capital allocation decisions (which management should be able to do without paying consultants). But when a business has some warts, like Input does (even the biggest bulls here can admit that), then a strategic review can end up with a good result for shareholders, and if anything should give a pop to the stock temporarily to gve you an exit point.

This review process, which will be conducted with the assistance of financial and legal advisors, will consider the full range of potential strategic alternatives, which includes, but is not limited to business combinations, scalable mortgage debt financing, acquisitions, joint ventures, moving into emerging crops such as cannabis and/or hemp, a go-private transaction, and the potential sale of the company.
