RE:Strategic ReviewI believe Input has a clear intention in mind already. My experience when reading a laundry list of options from a company is that the true option/intention is not listed first. My first suspicion when I read this is that this the first step to going private. Then I worry they will try to go private on the cheap. JMHO.
I could easily be wrong but remember Input BOD that you have a fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders. And if you want to enhance shareholder value you could start by communicating more consistently with shareholders, such as providing a release date for quarterly results. You know, Investor Relations 101 stuff.
