what's even more disappointing is that they are selling 1/3 rd position, roughly 8.3M shares at discount. today's volume to far 3M, let's say it's all them. still 5.3M more to go...

they will keep 2/3rd position.. so all is not that bad..at least keeping more stocks than parting ..
