Thoughts

ThoughtsJust curious on everyones position here.

I've held this stock for about 2 years now. My average is $11 - like everyone else I understand that the value is in the real-estate which is worth more than the retail business.

Is there even more pressure now to do something with this business before even more of the SP erodes?

Few points keep me hopeully.

- Bakers double down on the stock
- More mounting pressure for new CEO to make changes
- Litt
- The Real Estate
(Also remember their partnership with RioCan)

Just curious on everyones opinion
