half the problem here is culture.
I see in the financials a 200k charge for "activist investor" expense.
Those director meetings get pricey I guess.
looks like Sox is going to push out bonus' to try and make q1 look better but still have every intent of paying them.good gig here for someone.
Guess the short folks were right.



From the report,it seems they expect worse Q1 results (than Q4).
