Palmer - soon to be 100% Dowa?Something I have noticed lately in reading the local Haines newspaper op-ed is the chatter about CEM not being the eventual mine developer....most likely true. Is this a new rumour? Something in the works? Maybe why CEM has taken on 2 new properties in the last year. Also the details for the 2019 exploration plan seems a little late?
