RE:Latest News Release from Cornerstone...............

RE:Latest News Release from Cornerstone...............That CGP has optioned out to 3rd parties 3 of their properties in the past few years including SOLG on ENSA,  for not a lot of $$$$.    IMO SOLG has the better exploration pachage to work with   going forward in Ecquador.......

IMO the best Maxit man,  Rosseau,  and the current Chairman are going to do with SOLG is .59 to .60 on the exchange,   and absent an agreement to proceed otherwise,  they should just TAKE IT!!

--Cigarbutts

“The Board is unanimous that SolGold’s proposal substantially undervalues Cornerstone, a fact that has clearly been recognized by our shareholders with holders of approximately 59% of the outstanding common shares having now advised Cornerstone that they will not support SolGold’s proposed bid”

--Greg Chamandy, Chairman of the Cornerstone Board."

I'd prefer to agree with Charmandy on this one.   No way should a value be assigned to Cornerstone shares until SolGold puts all the cards face up so that substantially undervalued offers are rejected in favor of fair value.  SolGold evidently is trying to slip one buy us by not publishing drill results, maden resource statements and preliminary economic assessments for Cascabel.  It's also evident that these hidden results are sparkling.

Cornerstone seems calm, measured and professional in their responses.  SolGold's bids by contrast appear desperate.

Let's let them sweat.  I vote to wait them out!
