01:44 PM EST, 03/08/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Emblem Corp (EMC.V) on Friday said the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approved the $173.2 million sale of the company to rival cannabis producer Aleafia (ALEF.V),

With the court approvals in hand, Emblem said it expects the sale to close on March 14.

Emblem shares were last seen down $0.03 to $1.82 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 1.82, Change: -0.03, Percent Change: -1.62
