RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I still dont get the math? 172 mill doesnt add up !!!I still don't think you understand what an "all-share" transaction is.  Did you even read your proxy material?  You are getting 0.8377 shares of Aleafia for each Emblem share, for the millionth time. Stop worrying about it.

BTW, the release you quote seems to have editorialized it somewhat by adding the value.  Here's a direct link that makes no mention of the dollar vallue:

Also, did you look on sedar?

https://www.sedar.com/DisplayProfile.do?lang=EN&issuerType=03&issuerNo=00031450

Not singling you out, but Emblem was my first foray into this sector last summer.  Compared to other sectors I've followed on various forums, it is abundantly clear that legalisation has brought in many, many new investors that have never held a stock before.  I base this on months of observing the same questions asked over and over, not knowing basic concepts or how to find official news, and overreacting to day to day price moves; among other things.  What's most frustrating is that when investors with experience provide the answers, there is often resistance in accepting them.

Between the sedar documents and the official Emblem release, I hope that puts this one to bed.
