RE:RE:Latest News Release from Cornerstone...............Your point is only valid IF the results are so great that you can attract a 3rd party CASH or Stock bid that is clearly a SUPERIOR OFFER.

Otherwise it does not make any difference as you will still hold practically the same economic interest in SOLG and the ENSA properties as you do today,  less the 10% discount if done at .59 or .60 exchange.

IF Maxit,  Rosseau and Chamandy really don't like Nick Mather and his chums on SOLG BOD,  then with the merger they would have INCREASED ownership of SOLG shares thru the exchange of ENSA 15% interest,  and could then run the proxy to vote him off the SOLG  BOD.     I would actually vote for that,  after voting for the merger when I get the chance!!

I think the consolidation of the current project,  plus the land package,  plus the G&A overhead,  IS worth the 10% haircut today...........assuming an increaded offer of .59
