The Debt is real - The point is that there is no Asset Value. No one will buy a company located in Cuba it is about to be nationalized as Sherrits debt gets called. The debt is Unsecured. Cuba wil not even pay it's power bill , Sherrit has been negotiating just to get payments on a way overdue bill. They are worthless. "The Idot's running the company are already headed for the exit"
