agreed, the bhang jv is a big deal and has the potential to be quite lucrative over time. I'm shocked OH didn't get it since they got the exclusive distribution rights in California for bhang. I think indiva just got the jump on them, or perhaps made a better offer, which is one of the things that impressed me since OH are quite a savvy group.
