RE:RE:RE:RE:This can't be true...At this point, Sidoo can get out in front of this by resigning as CEO and naming a solid replacement. He should stay on as either President or Chairman as he has been convicted of nothing and is unlikely to be for some time, if ever.

He will, however, be distracted and that suggests stepping away from day to day operating responsibilities.

This is a great story. It was yesterday and it will be tomorrow. The economic lithium is there, the potential buyers - either for the lithium or the company are there. 

If this gets slammed in the morning there will never be a better chance to buy.
