refinery

refinery...anyone have any more info on the refinery ?....  The PDAC interview w/ Mell did sound very positive and encouraging. Comments on the offtake partners, and  feedstock  miner partners were key phrases.... and those were more detailed than some normal BS he could have said.

Way i see it, we have 3 catylists for an increased SP:  the refinery restart decision / higher Cobalt prices,/  and something very good at IC  ( what ever that is ).... seems like  refinery would happen first, but still another couple months.... then a Co spike and then IC.... lst two still gonna be a while.
Also wonder when an Analyst will start covering FCC, as theres no real info on this thing ( geez)
