RE:Well that flew right up there ! Great company !The Market was uncertain if Dixie Brands was going with Khiron in Latin America or Auxly in Canada. This Firm JV makes it clear to the Market that Dixie Brands is in bed with Khiron in Latin America. My GUESS is that Dixie Khiron will buyout the Dosecann Property from Auxly with all the rights to get a footprint into the Canadian Market. Produce most products cheaper than anybody and their Momma, in Latin America and sell it for better margins than anyone into Canada.
Dixie Brands has over night become a USA, Latin America Play with a minor interest in Canada, Amazin!
All IMO! 
ps. seems nobody is posting on this board because they sold to the Penny Flippers a cent a day and gave it all away!
