But what you just write is that the Ocacasa 4 is expired along with some Colibri concessin. That is bloody serious then. Means PLU will havet o go to court to fight this. Your analysis may be right but the fact is from what you just write the concession is gone.

Yes still legal because it has not been published. But that will happen.
