Corrected, some of my spelling holy smokes:

i took a look on Financial Statements of Acreage Holdings which indicate they currently hold 3% of Dixie Brands. Acreage did hold 7% of Dixie Brands but they did not get in on the last round of Financing for $25M usd and as a result their ownership was reduced. In one way they dropped the ball on Dixie Brands but they also had no way of knowing that Dixie Brands was going to do a deal with Khiron and take 50% control of Latin America. 
On another note Auxly got in early with Dixie Brands and paid them $5 million for their Exclusive License in Canada and reduced future royalty payments to Dixie Brands but by how much i do not know.
Man, talk about a takeover target. Anyone who buys Dixie Brands gets a 50% play in Latin America.
Companies like WEED, ACB, CRON, VFF, Tilray, OGI, HEXO HARV, TRST, ACRG and most others have no play in that region and so to catch up would have to buyout Dixie Brands, Khiron or both. If Sharks don't eat them up now they're just going to become a bigger harder fish to swallow!  AMAZIN!

ps the chart also looks good for Dixie Brands as they could not keep the price down try as they may after the open gap on Friday's trading and closed the session 2 cents higher than previous day and at the days highest price. This does have the potential to run away into blue sky Monday or consolidate a little more before pushing higher.  Amazin!
