Fidelity Investments forecast

Fidelity Investments forecastAn analyst with Fidelity, whose resume includes a stint at BOC, was on BNN this afternoon predicting a 62 cent loonie.  The host was alarmed but he reported that it would facilitate a healthy rebalancing of the economy.  A 62 cent loonie would obviously  be a mixed blessing for the economy but for ALA it would be a huge windfall!  Imagine, earning money at the rate of 1.62 to 1 and paying out the dividend in 1 to 1 loonies.  If nothing else happens to this company but this forecast is correct it should move us solidly into the 20s, perhaps higher.  David Wolf did caution that he was not calling for a 62 cent loonie this month or even this year but in this "cycle"  Thats OK, I am getting well paid to wait!
