RE:RE:silly stop loss orders..

RE:RE:silly stop loss orders..Do not underestimate the value of EMH relative to VFF. VFF is exceling in price due to greenhouse capacity and the current supply:demand imbalance. They are great at what they do, growing product. At some point the supply side of the equation will reach a balance and weed as a commodity will also find a price that is likely lower than the current premium. EMH on the other hand is vertically integrated with a diversity of specialties and product distribution channels (think about Natural Factors and Wholesale Foods). October 17 of this year is the turning point when the edibles and infused beverage market begins. EMH will be well-positioned to sell product across multiple channels with much higher margins. The reduction in the Feds excise tax only adds to the bottom line of the company. I for one believe EMH would be selling itself short to enter into a 2:1 merger in VFF's favour. Notwithstanding, the future looks bright for both companies relative to their collective synergy.
