RE:RE:RE:Expect the SP to drop after Q1results

RE:RE:RE:Expect the SP to drop after Q1resultsThats pretty funny to talk about not having enough product and talking about having to limit production in the same post. The government is the current cause of the under supply by holding back weed from stores. They are doing this to purposely cause a shortage in order to cause turmoil and doubt in the industry. If the government wasn’t involved, there would already be 10,000 stores in Canada with a billion in revenue, but no, we have what, 30 max? And they are saying revenue is lower than expected!? No craaaap Sherlock. But our government are morons, and won’t let the market thrive!

As this exact thing that you speak of happened to almost all companies during the fall and winter months, lately the trend in cannabis stocks has been numerous days of buying after financials are released and then maybe 1 day of slight profit taking, then a slow steady climb.

Retail sales will be much less than anticipated due to low inventory and the market will react.
might be a buying opportunity.

most LP will see a decline after their  full quarter of legal sales. Most will show lower sales, stats Canada released lower Cannabis sales from the previous months. I’m suspecting February and March will also show lower sales. This is new territory, we have nothing to compare it with.
i know that retail sales at the STV retail location, sales have dropped because of low inventory and possibly it might be at the low end of a cyclical market. Spring might be at the high? Who knows.
we need a few years of sales in order to create a baseline, however sales will trend upwards for the foreseeable future until we reach a peak.
what worries me in the future is over supply of Cannabis, the government let the LP produce as much as they can. Eventually we will reach equilibrium, either LP will need to scale back production or the government needs to limit restrict production.
